DART is part of the Northern Division Ski Association of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA), from which Junior Olympic, World Cup, and Olympic skiers evolve. The race program offers quality coaching in ski race technique and competitive tactics. Racers benefit by improving their skiing skills as well as their ability to set and achieve individual goals in a team setting.
DART is a two-day program (Saturday & Sunday) that runs for approximately 12 weeks. It also includes a multi-day ski camp over the winter break. Race team jackets are provided. Travel, entry fees, lift tickets, and other expenses are the racer's responsibility. Coaches travel with racers to USSA sponsored events and provide on-the-hill coaching and support.
